Base Creative Office is the in-house creative team behind everything the Base brand ships, from brand campaigns and the Powered by Base video series to Base Batches content, live events, and builder programs. As a Senior Producer, you'll own production end to end for this full portfolio, turning incoming briefs into scoped, staffed, on-time deliveries. You'll partner directly with Base Marketing, Comms, and leadership as the single point of accountability the team trusts to get it done.

What you'll do:
  • Own end-to-end production for Base Creative Office's full portfolio, including brand campaigns, video series, case studies, social assets, and live event builds (booths, signage, merch, AV).
  • Triage incoming creative requests, scope each into a clear brief with timeline and staffing plan, and push back plainly when a deadline doesn't match production reality.
  • Balance the Creative Office team's day-to-day workload across concurrent projects so nothing gets dropped and nobody gets overloaded.
  • Source and manage external vendors, printers, AV partners, and contractors when a project needs outside help, including on-the-ground event production.
  • Run the review and approval process across brand, legal, and executive stakeholders, consolidating feedback into one clear round of revisions and shipping final assets with organized handoffs.
  • Build lightweight tools, workflows, and AI-assisted processes that let a small team keep pace with high-volume requests while maintaining a human final check on every deliverable.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 7+ years producing brand, video, or live-event/experiential content, including running full production cycles from brief through delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Proven ability to manage simultaneous productions independently, each with its own timeline, budget, and stakeholders, and to set realistic schedules and escalate when timelines are not feasible.
  • Hands-on experience producing physical and event elements (booth builds, signage, merch, AV) and managing the vendors behind them, not just video or digital assets.
  • Track record running stakeholder review processes across marketing, brand, legal, and executive reviewers, with demonstrated ability to consolidate feedback and drive decisions.
  • Experience working inside an in-house creative or brand team with shared resources, direct accountability to a creative lead, and ownership as a single point of contact for production delivery.
  • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
