What You'll Do

This role owns the end-to-end program management of CoreWeave's data center expansion and supply strategy. You will lead geographic prioritization across EMEA, APAC, and emerging markets, and drive deal oversight in coordination with the Due Diligence Team that translates capacity requirements into executed sites. You will report directly to the VP, Strategic Programs and Global Expansion.

About the Role

As Director, Expansion PMO, you will be the operational backbone of CoreWeave's international expansion engine — responsible for demand-to-supply alignment, multi-workstream program management, and cross-functional coordination across Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations. You will maintain visibility across both Land and Lease execution paths, ensure deal review timelines align to pipeline commitments, and lead the strategic sequencing of new market entry across multiple active international programs.

This role is based in our US hubs and has a global remit, which may require periodic international travel.

In this role, you will:

  • Define MW market direction by location and develop a demand-to-supply alignment framework, translating capacity requirements into prioritized site specifications across domestic and international markets.
  • Own end-to-end program management for CoreWeave's international data center expansion — coordinate across Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to sequence and deliver new market entry milestones across EMEA, APAC, and emerging markets.
  • Maintain integrated project plans, dependency maps, and risk registers across all active international programs, ensuring continuous leadership visibility into program health and schedule risk.
  • Coordinate with the Due Diligence Team (managed by VP, Development) to align deal review timelines to intake and pipeline commitments; maintain full demand-to-execution visibility across both Land and Lease paths.
  • Manage direct report(s) responsible for maintaining the interdependency tracker between the Omni/CWaaS international pipeline and domestic development pipeline, supporting resource alignment and program sequencing.
  • Build and run portfolio reviews, steering committees, and senior stakeholder forums to align on program sequencing, resource needs, and market prioritization decisions.
  • Develop and maintain standardized intake and pipeline processes across matrixed, fast-moving teams to improve cycle times and decision quality at scale.

Who You Are

  • 8-12 years in program/operations management, strategy, or deal management within data center, technology infrastructure, or capital-intensive sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing international expansion programs across multiple geographies, including EMEA and APAC markets.
  • Proven ability to build and manage complex multi-workstream pipeline and intake processes across matrixed, fast-moving organizations.
  • Strong executive presence; ability to communicate and align at both the C-suite and execution-team levels simultaneously.
  • Experience working at the intersection of business development and operational execution in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with program management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Airtable, or equivalent) and ability to design scalable intake and tracking workflows.
  • Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, high-velocity environments and making recommendations with incomplete information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including building clear, concise executive materials and driving decisions in senior forums.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.

Preferred

  • Direct experience at a hyperscaler, cloud provider, or data center developer leading international expansion programs.
  • Familiarity with data center site selection, land acquisition, or lease execution processes and the interdependencies across Land and Lease paths.
  • Experience building interdependency trackers and multi-program pipeline tools across domestic and international portfolios.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Real Estate, Infrastructure, or similar) or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in one or more languages relevant to EMEA or APAC markets.
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting for executive stakeholders across complex program portfolios.

Wondering if you're a good fit?

We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who bring unique backgrounds — even if you don't check every box. Qualities that tend to be successful in this role include:

  • You are energized by building structures and frameworks where they don't yet exist.
  • You are comfortable toggling between strategy and execution — from long-range market planning to deal-level review and program sequencing.
  • You enjoy translating complexity (geographic, technical, financial) into clear, actionable decisions for senior leaders.
  • You are proactive about identifying risks and sequencing dependencies before they become blockers.
  • You build strong, trust-based relationships across time zones, cultures, and functions.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
