What You’ll Do:

The Strategy & Transformation team within the CIO organization partners across Supply Chain, Procurement, Data Center Operations, Finance, IT, and Enterprise Architecture to build the technology foundation that powers CoreWeave’s rapidly growing infrastructure. We develop scalable, automated, and data-driven solutions that enable operational excellence across our global supply chain while supporting the demands of AI and hyperscale cloud infrastructure.  

About the Role

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain Systems to define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for enterprise supply chain applications supporting GPU cloud infrastructure and hyperscale data center operations. You’ll partner with business and engineering teams to deliver scalable first-party and third-party technology solutions across planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations. This role combines deep product management expertise with supply chain domain knowledge to drive automation, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision making across CoreWeave’s rapidly expanding infrastructure footprint.  

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Supply Chain Systems across first-party applications, third-party platforms, AI-powered solutions, and enterprise integrations.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle including discovery, user research, validation, requirements definition, delivery planning, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and measure product success through KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, availability, deployment velocity, lead time reliability, and cost-to-serve.
  • Drive automation and platform interoperability using modern integration patterns and iPaaS solutions to improve data consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Engineering and Systems teams to design secure, reliable, and observable supply chain products and services.
  • Establish monitoring, telemetry, operational documentation, and incident management processes for critical supply chain workflows and integrations.
  • Champion user experience by simplifying workflows and enabling self-service capabilities for Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, key decisions, and business impact to executive stakeholders through dashboards and regular operating reviews.
  • Drive agile product execution through backlog management, quarterly planning, stakeholder alignment, and continuous customer feedback.
  • Partner with Security and Compliance teams to embed governance, controls, and audit readiness into product workflows.  

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience supporting Supply Chain Systems, preferably within cloud infrastructure, data center operations, semiconductor, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading product strategy, roadmap development, product discovery, KPI definition, prioritization, and enterprise-scale product adoption.
  • Proven ability to build and scale both first-party and third-party products using AI, GenAI, or agentic technologies to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience serving as Product Owner within Agile development environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and hands-on experience with Jira.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, event-driven architectures, data models, and enterprise systems integration.
  • Experience with supply chain domains including planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, PDM/PLM, supplier management, and MRP.
  • Hands-on familiarity with ERP and Supply Chain platforms such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Arena, or similar enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale enterprise system implementations focused on automation, data quality, platform reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear product strategies and business outcomes.  

Preferred:

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting hyperscale cloud infrastructure, AI hardware supply chains, semiconductor manufacturing, or data center operations.
  • Familiarity with Data Center and Neocloud supply chain technologies and operational workflows.
  • Experience evaluating build-versus-buy decisions across enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Experience developing AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation solutions within supply chain operations.

The base salary range for this role is $182,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
