We are looking for a Contract Early Careers Recruiter to support the growth and execution of our global early careers hiring strategy. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for intern, new graduate, and other entry-level roles while building strong partnerships with hiring managers, university partners, and internal Talent teams.

You will help deliver a thoughtful, equitable, and high-quality candidate experience — from initial outreach and campus engagement through interviews, offers, and onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in building early-career talent pipelines at scale.

This is a contract position reporting to the Manager of Talent Programs. The anticipated contract duration is 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. This position is open to candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Bellevue, New York City, or New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for internships, new graduate positions, apprenticeships, and other early-career opportunities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, establish interview processes, and maintain alignment throughout each search.
  • Build and nurture diverse candidate pipelines through universities, student organizations, professional associations, referrals, events, and targeted sourcing.
  • Develop relationships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and other external partners.
  • Support local campus recruiting activities, including career fairs, information sessions, technical talks, networking events, and interview days.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interview processes, gather feedback, and guide hiring teams toward timely decisions.
  • Prepare, extend, and close offers while clearly communicating program details, timelines, and expectations.
  • Partner closely with Talent Programs, Recruiting Coordination, Talent Operations, Employer Brand, People Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and activity data within Greenhouse, Gem, and other recruiting systems.
  • Track recruiting funnel health, event engagement, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, and other key early-career metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate communications, interviewer readiness, and program delivery.
  • Ensure recruiting practices remain consistent, inclusive, and compliant with applicable company policies and employment requirements.

Qualifications:

  • [3+] years of recruiting experience, including direct experience supporting internship, university, new graduate, or other early-career hiring.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive and emerging talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a candidate-first approach.
  • Strong project management, organization, and follow-through.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high-volume hiring periods.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system and candidate relationship management platform; Greenhouse and Gem experience is preferred.
  • Ability to use recruiting data to evaluate pipeline health, identify risks, and recommend adjustments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting technical or highly specialized recruiting.
  • Experience with campus events, university partnerships, or global early-career programs.

What Success Looks Like

  • Early-career roles are filled with qualified talent within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Candidates receive a consistent, engaging, and transparent experience.
  • Hiring managers have clear visibility into pipeline progress, risks, and next steps.
  • University and community partnerships generate relevant, diverse talent pipelines.
  • Recruiting systems and reporting remain accurate and up to date.
  • Programs and processes are documented, scalable, and continuously improved.
