Onboarding Program Owner, Revenue Enablement

Remote - United States

Join the company that’s building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. At Cribl, we partner with IT and Security teams at many of the world’s biggest enterprises, including half of the Fortune 100, to bridge the gap between AI ambition and infrastructure reality. As the AI Platform for Telemetry, we give customers the choice, control, and flexibility to manage and analyze telemetry for both humans and agents, so they can build what’s next.

We’re one of the fastest‑growing private companies and a leading player in a massive, fast‑moving market. With a global workforce, we’re remote‑first and grounded in a simple idea: software is a people business. Cribl is the place where curious, collaborative people can do their best work, grow fast, and bring their full selves to the herd.

Why You’ll Love This Role

Cribl is hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp new revenue talent. In this high-visibility, high-impact role, you will own the end-to-end onboarding strategy and execution across Regional Sales Managers, Regional Directors, Solution Engineers (SEs), SE Leaders, and Customer Success Engineers (CSEs).

You'll blend instructional design, interactive facilitation, and continuous innovation—running multi-day bootcamps, leveraging AI-driven roleplay, and partnering with leadership to accelerate rep time-to-productivity and drive a target 10% lift in organizational revenue contribution.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

  • Role-Based Onboarding Paths: Architect and maintain tailored onboarding journeys for sales, technical, and post-sales roles. Sequence foundational business context, methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message), and specialized technical tracks built in partnership with Technical Enablement.
  • In-Person Bootcamps & Cohort Operations: Plan, facilitate, and deliver ~5 interactive bootcamps per year, coordinating executive SMEs, designing practical group exercises, and driving dynamic pre- and post-boarding communication.
  • Practice & Proof of Skill: Build modern practice environments—including AI-driven roleplay scenarios (Hyperbound), call intelligence analysis (Gong), hands-on discovery simulations, and rigorous certification milestones testing real-world execution over recall.
  • Baseline Assessments & Personalized Coaching: Design post-onboarding skill baselines and individual gap readouts for new hires and frontline managers to drive targeted, just-in-time enablement and continuous skill development.
  • Mentorship & Manager Partnerships: Partner with RDs and tenured RSMs to scale a structured peer-mentorship network and equip frontline leaders with 1:1 coaching tools for post-onboarding handoffs.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Collaborate with Revenue Operations to connect onboarding milestones directly to business performance metrics—tracking ramp velocity, time-to-first-meeting, time to Stage 2/3 pipeline, and ARR contribution.
  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.

By Day 90, you will have launched a refreshed onboarding path for a priority role and piloted a new baseline assessment model.

  1. Days 1–30 (Diagnose): Audit current onboarding content and feedback across roles. Interview frontline managers and new hires. Partner with RevOps to align on contribution and ramp metrics.
  2. Days 31–60 (Design): Publish updated role-based onboarding architectures, integrate technical handoffs with Technical Enablement, and build initial AI role-play practice scenarios and knowledge checks.
  3. Days 61–90 (Launch): Facilitate your first bootcamp cohort on the updated path, roll out the baseline assessment pilot, and deliver readout frameworks to frontline sales leadership.

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years owning onboarding for quota-carrying or technical sellers.
  • Hands-on instructional designer and engaging facilitator: proven track record of creating dynamic curricula, practice scenarios, and certifications yourself.
  • Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and ability to operationalize them within practical training modules.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience partnering with Revenue Operations to connect enablement milestones to ARR growth and sales velocity.
  • Tech stack proficiency with platforms like Gong, Hyperbound, Seismic, Rox, Salesforce, and modern enablement/LMS tools.
  • Strong executive presence and empathy: comfortable coaching sellers, influencing frontline managers, and presenting to leadership.
  • BONUS POINTS:
    • Prior experience as an enterprise seller/SE, experience in data/observability/security SaaS, or experience building AI-assisted coaching frameworks.
