What We're Looking For

We are looking for a QA Engineer II to focus on solutions for our AI Transformation team. You will work in-office at least four days per week at our Fort Lee, New Jersey headquarters. With guidance from your Engineering Manager and a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate closely with an AI strategy team and collaborate face-to-face with business stakeholders to deeply understand their problems, and cut through surface-level descriptions to identify root challenges. The ideal candidate is a collaborative engineer with experience testing reliable, performant, and scalable services.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to perform manual and automated testing across our AI Transformation team
  • Contribute to building and maintaining test automation across critical business domains
  • Participate in planning, triage, and prioritization of testing activities
  • Write and execute test cases for functional, regression, and API testing
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
  • Actively contribute to a collaborative, quality-focused culture within the team

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and test automation
  • Working knowledge of C#
  • Working Knowledge of Python
  • experience with Specflow/Reqnroll is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience with SQL
  • 1+ years of experience testing RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git)
  • Familiarity with AI assistive and agentic code generation (e.g. Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor)
  • Curiosity about AI Technologies and an AI Builder Mindeset - Advantage
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience working in banking, finance, crypto, or fintech is helpful but not required

Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00
