Overview

As the NetSuite Developer, you will serve as the architectural and operational lead for CCE’s NetSuite ERP platform. In this position, you will actively work with both internal and external resources to  design scalable workflows, manage integrations, and optimize system performance to drive operational efficiency. This role requires a fast-paced work ethic to meet key deadlines and deliver consistent results.

Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Own the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and security of the NetSuite environment, including user roles, permissions, and custom record types.
  • Automation & Customization: Build and maintain complex saved searches, custom reports, KPI dashboards, and automated workflows (SuiteFlow) to eliminate manual processes.
  • Integration Management: Oversee data flow and troubleshoot third-party application connections (e.g., Site-Tracker, ADP, Rillion, etc).
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions for various departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service).
  • Release Management: Execute and test NetSuite bi-annual updates, system enhancements, and patch management.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) resolving internal support tickets and performing root-cause analysis.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOX, compliance controls, etc.)

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of dedicated NetSuite administration experience, including at least one full-cycle NetSuite implementation preferred
  • Expert-level knowledge of custom fields, forms, workflows, scripting, CSV imports, and advanced saved searches.
  • Strong understanding of core ERP business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Close to Report (C2R), Advanced Manufacturing, and WMS.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification or NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Certification
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, the capacity to work in fast-paced environments, and the communication skills to translate technical IT lingo into business terms for non-technical users

Preferred

  • Experience in multi-entity or multi-system environments.
  • Knowledge of system integration tools or APIs.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Prior experience with systems such as NetSuite, ADP, FloQast, Rillion, Trakstar, Nexonia, or similar.

Location: The location for this role is for Durham, NC or Washington, DC. Our team operates on a hybrid schedule, with in-office schedule of three days per week.

 

Compensation: The salary range for the position is  $120,000 - $140,000, plus bonus and benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
