The Role:

Join Digible as a Tech Lead, where you will drive technical strategy, architecture, and execution for one of our engineering teams. Reporting to a Senior Engineering Manager, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Design, and Engineering to align technology solutions with business objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the timely delivery of customer-facing SaaS products, a key pillar of our mission, while also contributing to innovation and ideation around new product initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead technical decision-making and establish best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Optimize business processes through automation, integrations with third-party applications, and strategic technology implementations, improving labor efficiency ratios across work processes.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, helping foster a culture of technical excellence, and creative problem-solving.
  • Drive engineering execution, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of complex projects, while proactively identifying potential issues aligned with our tech roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to align engineering efforts with business goals, customer needs, and marketing agency workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership and performance feedback, working closely with the Senior Engineering Manager to ensure team goals are met.

What you’ll do:

  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and optimize business processes, leveraging automation, and strategic technology implementations to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Guide technology selections and foster acceptance of optimal choices.
  • Advocate for and implement robust engineering practices across architecture, coding patterns, observability, quality, security, and reliability.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of a comprehensive technical strategy.
  • Lead the team in breaking down technical tasks and ensuring timely delivery of roadmap milestones.
  • Boost team velocity, facilitating rapid, and high-quality feature deployment.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships and rapport with your product partner and stakeholders to facilitate product ideation and discovery.

You should have:

  • 5+ years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in architecting scalable and dependable systems, leveraging industry best practices.
  • Experience building integrations with third-party applications and tools, enhancing system efficiency and functionality.
  • Proven experience in partnering with stakeholders to enhance business processes by implementing automation and integrating third-party orchestration platforms, such as Camunda and Flowable to streamline workflows and optimize system efficiency.
  • Proficiency in modern javascript-based web stacks (Node, TypeScript, React, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of system architecture principles and patterns.
  • Hands-on familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or GCP.
  • Experience guiding a team through growth phases in small (3-10) to medium (10-50) organization sizes.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address potential issues.
  • Creative thinking and flexibility to adapt in an evolving environment.

This role is open to candidates located within the United States. 

Pay, perks, and such:

  • Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000
  • 4-Day Work Week (32 Hour Work Week)
