The Role:

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall performance, strategic direction, and operational efficiency of Digible’s agency business, which drives 90% of the company’s revenue. This role requires a proven leader with experience growing and scaling digital agencies or high-performance marketing organizations. The GM will drive business growth, financial success, and operational excellence, ensuring Digible’s agency remains at the forefront of the multifamily marketing industry.

Beyond strategy and execution, the GM plays a key role in fostering a culture that aligns with Digible’s values—authenticity, curiosity, focus, humility, and happiness. What you’ll do:

Business Growth & Financial Performance

  • Own and execute Digible’s agency growth strategy with a focus on revenue expansion, gross margin optimization, and EBITDA performance.
  • Identify new revenue streams, service offerings and expansion opportunities within the multifamily industry.
  • Continuously refine Digible’s agency model to maintain our competitive edge.

Operational Leadership & Organizational Design

  • Build and scale high-performing agency teams, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Optimize organizational design, scale processes and develop operational playbooks to drive efficiency, accountability, and agility.
  • Foster a data-driven culture that prioritizes innovation and continuous improvement.

Executive Leadership 

  • Serve as a key member of Digible’s executive leadership team, partnering with the CEO and other executive leaders to align agency strategy with company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth to drive revenue expansion and market positioning.
  • Partner with Operations, Technology and Finance leadership to optimize efficiency and scale agency services.

Client Success & Market Positioning

  • Ensure Digible delivers best-in-class performance, technology, and customer experience.
  • Maintain and strengthen key client, partner and industry relationships to drive retention and advocacy.
  • Represent Digible as a thought leader in the multifamily marketing space through speaking engagements, industry events, and digital presence.

Culture & People Development

  • Champion Digible’s core values and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Mentor and develop agency leadership talent, fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Lead by example–driving curiosity, authenticity, and a passion for delivering results.

What you should have:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven success in leading and growing a digital agency or a high-growth marketing organization.
  • Deep financial acumen, including P&L management and optimizing revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA through strategic operational decisions. 
  • Expertise in performance marketing across paid media, SEO, and digital advertising.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and developing leadership talent.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

This role is open to candidates located within the United States.

  • Base Salary: $240,000 - $280,000 + Profit Share Bonus
