Job summary

We are building the trust layer for the agentic future. As AI agents move from simple chatbots to autonomous workloads with access to sensitive enterprise data, the industry lacks a standard for Identity, Authentication, and Governance. This role will own the automation strategy that gives the team confidence to ship the AI Agent Trust without breaking critical trust and enforcement behavior. This is not a manual QA coordinator role. It is an engineering role focused on automated validation across backend, infrastructure, runtime, and end-to-end operator workflows.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain automated test coverage across control-plane services, API contracts, UI workflows, identity flows, policy enforcement, and deployment lifecycle paths.
  • Develop integration and end-to-end tests for Kubernetes-based enforcement.
  • Build test strategies for Agents based in cloud: Kubernetes and serverless, and agents running as SaaS. The tests will include identity exchange, attestation, hosted proxy or external policy flows, and negative-path enforcement cases. • Improve CI pipelines so the right levels of testing run automatically for backend, frontend, and infrastructure-sensitive changes.
  • Create repeatable test fixtures, seeded environments, mock services, and data setup patterns that reduce test brittleness and increase developer velocity.
  • Partner with backend, frontend, and platform engineers to define testable interfaces, improve diagnosability, and prevent regressions before release.
  • Contribute to non-functional validation such as resiliency checks, failure-path validation, and targeted performance regression tests where needed.

What you will have

  • Strong experience writing automated tests for APIs, distributed systems, or cloud-native platforms.
  • Experience with integration and end-to-end testing for systems that involve multiple services, infrastructure dependencies, or asynchronous workflows.
  • Comfort working in at least one strong automation language such as TypeScript, Python, Go, or Java.
  • Practical knowledge of CI systems, test reporting, flaky test reduction, and debugging failures in complex pipelines.
  • Experience testing security-sensitive or identity-sensitive flows is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes-based test environments, containerized services, or infrastructure-assisted testing is highly valuable.
  • A mindset focused on engineering quality, signal over noise, and building sustainable test coverage rather than check-box QA.
  • Startup Mindset: Comfortable operating in ambiguity. Bias toward shipping and iterative improvement
  • Experience owning complete test infrastructure and toolsets.

Benefits

  • Generous time off policies
  • Top shelf benefits
  • Education, wellness and lifestyle support
