About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a pivotal role in our sales team. The BDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This dynamic role is crucial in driving our sales pipeline and bringing new business to Digital,ai. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and demonstrating the value of our innovative solutions to clients. This position is ideal for individuals eager to launch their career in software sales and make a significant impact on our company's growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients within the target market using various tools and platforms.
  • Reach out to leads through cold calling, emails, and social media to generate interest in Digital.ai's software solutions.
  • Call & qualify Inbound leads within specified timeframe and assess their potential as sales opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team to further engage potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
  • Continuously update knowledge on Digital.ai’s products and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.

 

What you will bring:

  • Candidates must be located in the UK or Spain
  • English fluency in speaking/reading/writing required
  • Bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience is preferred
  • Experience in high volume prospecting and outreach via multi-channel approach including cold calling, email and social media
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Apollo.io and other lead generation tools is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment in a remote setting

At Digital.ai, we believe in fostering a culture of pay transparency. We are committed to providing our employees with fair and competitive compensation. The current salary for this specific job is estimated to be €45,000 base, plus commission target. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and internal equity. We value transparency and aim to create an inclusive and equitable workplace for all our employees. Certain positions at Digital.ai might also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, or other employee benefits which are separate from the base salary and to be defined at offer stage.
