We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for partnering with our Chief Business Officer and multiple functions across our business in the design and execution of marketing strategies that enable our ongoing growth, communication across our internal teams and our ability to effectively attract top talent to Diverge Health ongoing. This is an opportunity for someone who is creative, passionate about creating impactful campaigns and materials that drive engagement and support our mission. 

What you’ll do 

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the internal and external messaging and voice of Diverge Health. You’ll need to demonstrate a strong understanding of healthcare and value-based care models, with a focus on Medicaid and Medicare. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, you will work closely with various teams to ensure that all marketing assets and align with Diverge Health’s values and strategic goals. 

Key areas you’ll add value: 

  • Partner effectively cross-functionally to understand and prioritize asset needs across key areas of our business in support of the creation of patient, provider, payer and talent market-facing assets that enable our continued success.
  • Lead content creation efforts, including blog posts, website copy, email newsletters, white papers, case studies, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Work with external partners as necessary to develop impactful creative assets that  
  • Serve as the key liaison with marketing vendors and partners, acting as both a translator of business needs as well as a liaison with our internal organization to support project and campaign execution across multiple domains of work 
  • Support sourcing of critical contract resources in support of design and execution needs ongoing 
  • Partner effectively with the Talent Acquisition team in showcasing Diverge Health as a great workplace, highlighting our unique culture and values through various social and professional channels
  • Develop talent personas, creating key value propositions and underlying messaging that continue to support our ability to interact across key talent pools 
  • Support the design and execution of key employee-facing communications across multiple channels; advise on cadence and structure of updates that keep our diverse and geographically dispersed team connected to our business progress as well as mission 

What you’ll bring 

  • 5+ years of in-house marketing experience, with a strong background in creating impactful campaigns and materials.
  • Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in healthcare marketing, particularly in the Medicaid and Medicare space.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, with specific knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and value-based care models.
  • Strong preference for candidates with graphic design experience, with the ability to create professional materials from scratch.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious deliverables.
  • Ability to create visually appealing materials from concept to execution.
