  • Assist with preparing and filing SEC Forms 3, 4, and 5 and supporting proxy statement disclosures, as needed
  • Support the maintenance of the Workday–Shareworks integration, including monitoring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in equity administration or equity compensation consulting
  • General knowledge of GAAP accounting, payroll processes, and basic taxation principles
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the Shareworks equity administration platform
  • Knowledge of applicable SEC regulations, Section 16 reporting requirements, and trading window administration
  • Completion of Level 1 or higher of the Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
