The Role & The Team:
This is a strategic and high-impact product leadership role responsible for the data protection of SaaS applications. Customer data residing in SaaS applications continues to grow at a very fast rate making this a high growth area for the company and an exciting opportunity for a customer-obsessed leader who is adept at identifying new opportunities, defining business cases, and working with the team on defining and delivering best in class customer experiences and go-to-market campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, partners and field to analyze trends and product needs
- Develop product strategy in collaboration with other product leaders and executives
- Build product roadmap and drive execution in partnership with R&D and UX teams.
- Identify growth opportunities, work cross functionally to prioritize and execute.
- Define pricing and packaging strategy, identify and track growth metrics
- Assist GTM teams with messaging, Demos/POCs, competitive intelligence
- Lead, mentor and develop a high performing team of product managers /owners
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years in product management with strong experience building B2B SaaS products
- 5+ years of experience in leading and managing product managers / owners
- Take ownership, like a business owner, for the overall success of the products
- Technically deep and strong empathy for engineering
- Strong product sense to build great user experiences and simple interactions
- Strong cross functional collaboration skills with ability to lead by influence
- Strong quantitative and business analysis skills to inform product decisions
- Strongly preferred experience with Data Protection and Cyber Resilience for SaaS-based workloads (e.g., M365, Google Workspace, Salesforce)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, MBA a plus
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $209,000 and $293,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
