  • Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes for concrete accessories, consumables, and brace rentals with clear pricing and margin targets.
  • Maintain a structured project pipeline, including active bids, awarded jobs, and upcoming opportunities, using ES tools for accurate forecasting.
  • Coordinate logistics and deliveries with branch operations teams to ensure materials and braces are shipped accurately and on time.
  • Serve as a product expert for forming lumber, vapor barriers, lift and brace inserts, chemical products, reinforcement, and other key consumables used in Tilt-Up and Slab-on-Grade construction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue and gross profit margin targets as established by the division leadership team.
  • Provide feedback to the Director on product performance, customer needs, and operational challenges to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate expense records for company card and vehicle usage in line with company policy.
