Client Relationship Manager, Sr. Associate

What you’ll do: 

As a Client Relationship Manager at Ethic you will develop and cultivate strong relationships with RIAs, ensuring excellent client experience at each phase of the client journey from the initial introduction of Ethic through the portfolio management process. 

More specifically you will;

  • Work both independently as well as collaboratively with other Growth team members to cultivate strong client relationships and build trust with RIAs
  • Deeply understand clients needs and successfully communicate Ethics value proposition and products
  • Align stakeholders, both internally and externally, on the right Ethic solution for the client 
  • Oversee the execution of ongoing account service requests in a timely fashion, ensuring advisors have a great experience
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancing the client experience through partnering closely with our product and investments teams.
  • Cultivate strong client-centric relationships in order to accelerate the transition to sustainable investing

What you’ll bring to the table: 

  • 4-6 year of experience in a client facing role at a financial services firm
  • Strong knowledge of equity investments
  • Experience working with financial advisors
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize 
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem solving skills 
  • A demonstrated passion for sustainability issues 
  • A demonstrated ability to meet revenue or other client goals 
  • A demonstrated ability to take ownership of your work while effectively collaborating

Compensation & Benefits: 

Compensation at Ethic is a combination of base salary, equity (stock options) in the company, and benefits. 

The base salary will range from $100,000-$110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a competitive variable compensation package.
