The Role

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team and play a critical role at the intersection of customer experience, product knowledge, and education. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will report to the Global Head of Learning and Development and collaborate across teams to design, deliver, and manage scalable, high-impact training initiatives. This highly collaborative position is ideal for someone who loves translating complex technology into accessible learning and enjoys working with people.  You will lead product enablement efforts for Exiger’s flagship platform, 1Exiger, and support broader onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives. This role requires strong instructional design ability, comfort with software platforms, and a passion for helping people succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, deliver, and help manage new hire onboarding, bootcamps, and training programs for enterprise sellers and client-facing teams across Exiger’s tech solution platforms.
  • Manage a portfolio of product training and enablement programs, including sales methodologies, product training, and new feature adoption.
  • Develop high-impact learning materials such as battle cards, first call decks, second call decks, video walkthroughs, user manuals, and role-specific guidebooks.
  • Drive the adoption of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and other sales technologies across workflows.
  • Maintain an up-to-date digital asset library and ensure all training content reflects the latest product capabilities and customer needs.
  • Track training effectiveness using analytics and learner feedback; iterate programs based on performance and business impact.
  • Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Delivery stakeholders to align enablement efforts with onboarding KPIs, ramp speed, deal velocity, win rates, reduction in submitted support tickets, and other performance KPIs.
  • Support internal training communications (e.g., learning updates) and produce reporting on learning progress and tool adoption.
  • Refine onboarding and documentation processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with Exiger’s evolving tech stack and sales motions.

What You Need

  • 5-7+ years of experience designing and delivering training for technical SaaS or platform-based products.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience managing training projects from concept through execution and performance evaluation.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver training programs that support complex sales cycles and software platform adoption.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn, teach, and support new tools quickly and clearly.
  • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and tools (Salesforce, Clari, HomeRun, Consensus).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Instructional design proficiency with a focus on clarity, relevance, and engagement.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach-comfortable using metrics and feedback to improve training effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, video editing software, and/or visual design platforms is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn and teach new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to anticipate and address learner needs
  • Strong instructional design capabilities with attention to clarity, relevance, and retention
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and feedback to refine learning materials
  • Familiarity with AI tools, video editing software, or visual design platforms is a strong plus
