Manager, Go-to-Market Systems

Location: NYC, Mclean, Richmond (preferred, hybrid) but remote eligible

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Manager, Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the technology that powers our global revenue organization. This role sits within our Revenue Operations team and partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure our GTM systems and data work seamlessly to support scalable growth.

You will serve as a hands-on Salesforce expert and trusted business partner — managing day-to-day administration, optimizing system performance, and building automation that helps customer-facing teams spend more time selling and less time on administrative tasks. You’ll also contribute to cross-functional projects that drive process efficiency, reporting accuracy, and data integrity across the GTM tech stack.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving complex system challenges, and have a passion for enabling efficiency through data and automation, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Administration & Optimization: Manage configuration, automation, dashboards, and workflows within Salesforce Sales Cloud; own user setup, role hierarchy, validation rules, and data quality.
  • System Enhancements & Process Automation: Translate business requirements into scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows, CPQ, and integrated tools such as Clari, 6sense, DealHub, Gainsight, Mulesoft, and Sweep.io.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Partner with RevOps, Analytics, and Finance to ensure consistent data definitions, accurate pipeline reporting, and clean handoffs across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to streamline GTM processes such as lead routing, opportunity management, forecasting, and renewals.
  • AI & Automation Enablement: Identify opportunities to leverage AI (e.g., Salesforce Agents , Gong AI, Copilot) to improve forecasting, automate data entry, and reduce manual workload for sales teams.
  • Documentation & Enablement: Maintain system documentation, process maps, and change logs; train end-users on best practices to increase adoption and data hygiene.
  • Vendor & Integration Management: Support integrations across the GTM ecosystem, including Marketo/HubSpot, Clari, Mulesoft, and other connected systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to ensure scalability and efficiency as the business grows.

What You Bring

  • 4–7 years of experience in Salesforce administration or GTM systems management, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce Platform Administrator required; Platform Admin II, Platform App Builder, or CPQ certification strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Salesforce Flows (no-code automation).
  • Familiarity with GTM tools such as Clari, 6sense, DealHub, Gainsight, Mulesoft, and NetSuite.
  • Understanding of end-to-end GTM processes — lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and workflows that support leadership visibility and decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Proactive self-starter comfortable operating in a “player” role on a lean, high-impact team.
  • Interest in emerging AI tools and process automation within the GTM systems landscape.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Competitive base salary
  • Additional performance incentives (SPIFFS, recognition awards)
  • Private medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Purposeful career development programs with reimbursement for educational certifications
  • Industry-leading health, vision, and dental benefits
  • Discretionary Time Off for all employees, with no maximum limits
  • A collaborative culture that celebrates hustle, heart, and high performance

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
