  • Build and implement standardized, bias-mitigated interview guides and candidate scorecards for all Retail roles to ensure consistent, inclusive hiring practices.
  • Train and coach Store Leaders and Field Managers on structured interviewing, emotional intelligence-based selection, and seamless ATS usage (Greenhouse).
  • Lead high-volume retail recruiting during the build phase, ensuring timely, high-quality hiring for priority stores and markets.
  • Develop and execute hyper-local, creative sourcing strategies for challenging or competitive talent markets.
  • Ensure Retail job descriptions are accurate, inclusive, and aligned with Faherty’s brand and values.
  • Partner with People & Culture on a consistent, joyful onboarding experience for store-level new hires.
  • Track short-term retail recruiting metrics, ensure ATS data cleanliness, and evaluate process adherence across the field.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking for market compensation, hiring standards, and best-in-class retail TA practices.
  • Transition Retail responsibilities as scalable tools, training, and processes become fully operational.

HQ Talent Acquisition (80% initially; long-term primary focus)

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for HQ roles, ensuring a structured, efficient, and elevated candidate experience.
  • Train and guide Hiring Managers on Greenhouse, interview enablement, competency-based selection, and consistent hiring best practices.
  • Ensure all HQ job descriptions are up-to-date, inclusive, and tied to required skills, competencies, and brand values.
  • Partner with the Director of People Operations on onboarding strategies and experience enhancements for corporate hires.
  • Support workforce planning, identifying future talent needs and building proactive pipelines.
  • Own creative sourcing efforts for niche, hard-to-fill, or future HQ roles.
  • Optimize ROI for recruitment tools and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and any external search partners.
  • Maintain data accuracy, reporting, dashboards, and talent metrics for HQ hiring.
  • Continuously refine the candidate experience, from first touch to offer close.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage external recruiting partners when needed.

What you’ll have:

  • 4–5+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally across both HQ and Retail environments in a fast-paced retail, lifestyle, or fashion brand.
  • Proven success developing scalable, repeatable recruiting strategies and building processes from scratch.
  • Experience supporting both high-volume retail hiring and corporate searches.
  • Strong sourcing skills with a creative, resourceful mindset.
  • Ability to coach and influence hiring managers and field leaders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and building structure where none exists.
  • Strong HR knowledge, including understanding of state and federal employment laws.
  • Experience with Greenhouse required; Rippling preferred.
  • A strong work ethic, humility, and a “no task is too small” mentality.
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for continuous improvement.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
