About the Role: 

The Account Management team is a group of hardcore problem solvers and optimizers that are motivated to crush.  We love working with our clients and add value to their business with a focus on growth. The Account Managers are critical to our client’s FareHarbor journey. We act like business consultants and help them focus on value adding initiatives that will drive efficiencies and success. 

This position is responsible for managing over 100+ accounts. Your entire directive is to optimize the FareHarbor client experience collaborating with clients to grow their online booking channel. This role will be a combination of proactively suggesting changes to promote client growth, as well as addressing inbound requests to improve the online booking experience for FareHarbor customers.  We are looking for a supreme problem solver; and creative individual who is willing to do whatever it takes to retain each FareHarbor account.

What you’ll do here:

  • Build and nurture existing relationships with over 100+ FareHarbor clients that are assigned as your portfolio with a goal to have long term partnerships. You will have a mix of clients in different markets including Thailand
  • Help our clients adopt the FareHarbor software, communicate product updates and ensure they use available features that will add value to their business.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, growth opportunities and  formulate a range of business strategies that our clients can implement to help them drive better efficiencies and increase their revenue.
  • Conduct audits on the clients’ digital presence and maximise  the opportunity to increase their online conversion.
  • Proactively connect with your clients as their business consultant and present your growth plan and influence them to implement your suggestions.
  • Become an expert on FareHarbor to handle unique problems that face clients with their online bookings and reservation management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate solutions to client needs.
  • Meet revenue targets on upsells and adoption of demand generating solutions such as SEO services, PPC Ads and websites.
  • Be a team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calm composure working under high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B or B2C account management
  • Advanced proficiency in Thai and English (spoken and written) is essential
  • Strong negotiator and influencer to implement growth strategies
  • Selling techniques to upsell appropriate packages to clients
  • Experience in data analysis to identify trends and formulate strategic plans
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Proven ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Resourcefulness in finding solutions 
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver on agreed timelines
  • Easily able to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team player to achieve team goals

  • Experience in the tourism or SAAS industry

This full-time role is open to candidates with Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or New Zealand residency or those who have a minimum 2.5 years remaining on a valid Australian working visa and do not require sponsorship to work.
