About The Role:

As the Director of Sales, Grocery (Kroger) at Feastables, you will play a pivotal role in driving Feastables' success. You'll be instrumental in forging and enhancing relationships with a key retailer, as well as developing strategies that align with our brand's vision, and goals. 

In this role, you will encompass both strategic planning and executional excellence, all while expanding Feastables' footprint within the grocery retail sector. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing Feastables' market share in this space, making you an integral part of our overall growth journey!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand Feastables’ presence and market share in the grocery retail sector
  • Create tailored sales strategies for various product categories, ensuring they align with our overarching brand strategy
  • Build and strengthen relationships with major grocery retailers, with a primary focus on Kroger
  • Foster a culture of success and goal achievement
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, and Strategy teams to maintain a unified brand message and product synergy
  • Actively identify and leverage trends and innovations in the CPG and grocery landscape
  • Set and surpass ambitious sales targets, using data-driven insights for strategic planning

Recipe For Success:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales within the CPG industry, with a significant emphasis on grocery retail channels
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers in major grocery retail accounts
  • A proven history of leading sales teams to consistently exceed targets and objectives
  • In-depth understanding of the grocery retail landscape, consumer purchasing behaviors, and category management
  • Strong analytical abilities, with experience in market trend analysis and strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of leading internal and external discussions
  • A proactive approach, thriving in a lean, fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in the creator and social media space, aligning with Feastables' brand ethos

For this role, we expect the annual base salary to fall between $160,000 - $180,000.
