Finance Analyst

Join the high-impact Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at FIGS as a Finance Analyst. This pivotal role requires a sharp, driven professional to collaborate cross-functionally and shape the financial trajectory of our business. You will be instrumental in driving strategic decision-making by delivering key insights, building robust forecasts, and managing critical planning processes. As a trusted partner, you will develop dynamic financial models and craft influential presentations, translating complex data into the compelling narrative behind our success.

 What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Assist in monitoring P&L performance across business segments in partnership with Finance leadership, including monthly variance analysis, management reporting, and clear communication of results to executive stakeholders
  • Support the monthly and quarterly financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning submissions
  • Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Serve as a trusted cross-functional partner to business leads, evaluating key decisions and aligning spend to the highest-priority strategic objectives
  • Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and reporting workflows, leveraging automation where possible to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects that evaluate business opportunities and inform leadership decision-making

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Strategy, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting
  • CPA or MBA designation is an asset
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Google Sheets
  • Proficiency with SQL and/or business intelligence tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau), a plus
  • Proficiency with Accounting / FP&A tools (Netsuite, Planful), a plus
  • E-commerce, consumer products, or retail experience, a major plus

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

  • At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $85,000 and $92,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
