Internship Program 

At Five9 we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for our interns.  We tailor our program to provide participants with real, impactful work, contributing directly to the continued success of Five9.  Through our Speaker Series, Intern Buddies, Employee Resource Groups, and other events, you’ll have the opportunity to meet and learn from some of the best in the business. 

This is a full-time, paid internship based out of our headquarters in San Ramon, CA. The program runs 11 weeks with the opportunity to start in early or mid-June.

About the Role: 

We are looking for a Summer Marketing Intern to join our Customer Experience (CX) team! This is a great opportunity for a college student who is passionate about marketing, customer engagement, and storytelling. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and contribute. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Awards: Assist in identifying, tracking, and supporting customer nominations for New Era of CX awards. 
  • Customer Stories: Help coordinate interviews, collect insights, and assist with content creation for case studies and testimonials. 
  • Customer Events: Support event planning, logistics, and attendee engagement for customer-focused events. 
  • Community Engagement: Assist in managing customer communities, responding to inquiries, and fostering engagement. 
  • Reference Request Fulfillment: Help match customer references to sales and marketing needs, ensuring timely responses.

This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and advocacy while working alongside a dynamic team. If you’re eager to learn and excited about ALL THINGS customer, we’d love to have you on board! 

This is a full-time, paid internship based out of our headquarters in San Ramon, CA. The program runs 11 weeks with the opportunity to start in late Mid or Late June. This role is hybrid. 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in office is required.

The hourly compensation for this role is:

$25 - $25 USD
