We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) - Food Services to drive market expansion and sales growth. This role requires a highly skilled sales professional with experience in managing channel sales focused on Horeca and Chain Business industries, including large-scale food service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share in the Food Service sector.
- Manage and expand relationships with Horeca and Chain Business clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustainable growth.
- Identify and seize market opportunities to strengthen our presence in the industry.
- Oversee distributor management and food service operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to optimize business profitability.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align on business objectives and drive success.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the market.
About You
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, particularly within Food Service channels.
- Strong background in distributor management and food service operations.
- Excellent networking skills within Horeca and Chain Business industries.
- Fluency in both local language and English.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
