This role is critical to clearing a significant backlog of distributor and customer claims, safeguarding accurate financial reporting and healthy business relationships. By resolving claims efficiently, you help prevent credit blocks that could impact revenue and ensure our food continues to delight consumers everywhere.

 

Performance

You will own the validation and reconciliation of high-volume claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your work will directly reduce financial risk, prevent overpayment or underpayment, and protect millions of euros in profit and loss. By clearing the backlog, you enable uninterrupted sales and strengthen operational excellence across multiple markets.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to doing the right thing for our customers and distributors. You will collaborate closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure fair and transparent claim resolutions. What You'll Do

  • Validate and reconcile distributor and customer claims with supporting documentation.
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues to ensure accurate financial outcomes.
  • Prioritize and clear backlog claims within agreed timelines to prevent credit blocks.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to align on claim resolutions and reporting.
  • Identify process improvements to reduce future claim errors and enhance efficiency.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data and documentation accurately.
  • Effective communication skills to work across teams and markets.
