Maintenance Manager

Corlu, Turkey

Location: Çorlu (Ergene), Tekirdağ, Türkiye
Working Model: On-site

Why this role matters
You will keep our Çorlu factory running safely, reliably and efficiently. Every product that leaves our site depends on equipment that works when it should. In this role you lead the maintenance function and turn reliability into a competitive advantage. You reduce downtime, control costs and build the capabilities we need for the future. Your work directly supports our people’s safety, our product quality and our ability to deliver for customers.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the maintenance team across mechanical, electrical and automation disciplines, including planning, scheduling and shift coverage.
  • Build and run preventive and predictive maintenance programmes to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Own the maintenance budget, spare parts strategy and contractor management.
  • Drive root cause analysis on breakdowns and lead continuous improvement projects with production and engineering.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety, environmental and legal requirements, including permit-to-work and LOTO.
  • Support capital projects, new line installations and equipment upgrades from design to handover.
  • Use SAP PM to manage work orders, asset history and maintenance KPIs.

Performance
You will own the reliability of our assets and the performance of the maintenance function. Success will be measured through OEE improvement, reduction in unplanned downtime, MTBF and MTTR trends, maintenance cost versus budget, and a strong safety record. You turn data into clear priorities and make sure the team delivers on them.

Care
This role reports to the Regional Operations Director, Emerging Markets and works closely with Production, Quality, SHE, Engineering and Supply Chain teams. You lead and develop a team of technicians and engineers, building their skills and creating a culture where safety comes first and everyone takes ownership. You also manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers to keep standards high and costs under control.

Passion
You care about how things work and how they can work better. You enjoy solving problems at their root, not just fixing them for today. You take pride in a well-run plant and in a team that grows with every challenge. You are curious about new technologies such as predictive maintenance, automation and digital tools, and you want to bring them to life on the shop floor.

About you

  • Degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or industrial engineering.
  • 7+ years of maintenance experience in FMCG, food or a similar process manufacturing environment, including people leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of TPM, reliability engineering and root cause analysis methods.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP PM or a similar CMMS.
  • Solid understanding of occupational health and safety and of Turkish legal requirements for equipment and maintenance.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English.
