The Head, Energy Storage Solution Management will play a pivotal role in leading the development, implementation and management of energy storage solutions within our renewable energy projects. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of energy storage technologies, project management skills and a passion for driving positive change in the renewable energy sector.

 

Responsibilities

 

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for energy storage solutions in alignment with the company's overall renewable energy goals;
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end project management of energy storage initiatives, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and legal, to drive successful project delivery.

Technology Evaluation and Integration:

  • Assess and evaluate emerging energy storage technologies, providing recommendations on their feasibility and integration into existing and future projects;
  • Work closely with R&D teams to facilitate the incorporation of cutting-edge technologies into energy storage solutions.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay abreast of relevant regulations and standards in the renewable energy and energy storage sectors;
  • Ensure that all projects comply with local, national, and international regulatory requirements.


Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, partners, and industry associations;
  • Represent the company in industry forums and conferences to enhance its profile in the energy storage sector.

 

Develop Standard, Processes and Templates: 

  • Establish and implement procurement standards, processes, and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across all procurement activities;
  • Continuously improve procurement practices to align with industry best practices and organizational goals.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field;
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a leadership role within the renewable energy or energy storage industry;
  • Strong understanding of energy storage technologies, market dynamics, and project development;
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
