About the Job

We are seeking a Director, Client Success to join our team. Our Client Success team manages the planning, execution and optimization of campaigns sold by our regionally aligned sellers known as Client Partners.  This role focuses on pre and post-sale lifecycles and requires the Director to play a critical guiding role in proposal development, solution alignment, campaign activation, and campaign performance across a  range of advertisers, verticals and client objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work closely with Client Partners and Client Success charges to develop impactful and relevant media activation proposals that address advertiser objectives
  •  Oversee Client Success charges in shepherding sold campaigns from creative development and setup through to final delivery and performance analysis 
  • Manage relationships with some of our largest clients while leading a team of Client Success professionals
  • Handle multiple projects efficiently, effectively and productively 
  • Partner with internal teams throughout the organization to drive cross-departmental projects and ensure client needs are communicated
  • Effectively balance the goals of the client and the agency 
  • Partner with Creative Strategy team to align client objectives with our capabilities 
  • Work closely with the Client Partnerships team to acquire new clients and maintain existing client relationships
  • Attend client meetings as needed and help develop corresponding support collateral

What you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management and digital advertising
  • Experience in media planning
  • Strong understanding of interactive advertising technologies and trends 
  • Strategic and creative thinking skills, proactive, thorough and accurate 
  • Able to prioritize, organize and manage multiple concurrent projects 
  • Strong written and verbal skills 
  • Professional approach in client management/services 
  • The drive to go above and beyond to deliver for our clients 
  • Experience in digital marketing and/or advertising

  • Base salary of $105,000 - $115,000 plus commission with first year on-target earnings of $150,000 - $165,000
