Your role: 

  • Acts as a trusted advisor: Build strong relationships with Technology Platform Providers, Customers, and 3rd party integrators.  Understand their needs and goals – conduct requirements gathering and provide strategic guidance to help them achieve a Technology Integration.
  • Drives value and growth: Manage Technology partnerships to increase revenue through Partner Platform Integration.
  • Provides both pre/post-sales technical assistance to Global Relay Integration Partners, and post integration support to Global Relay Archive Customers.
  • Disseminate technical requirements & product documentation while educating Technology Partners in Global Relay’s integration options and processes.
  • Coordinate and work with Global Relay departments, including Product, Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Provisioning to address Technology Partner matters.
  • Understands and explain the features & benefits of Global Relay’s Technology Stack; evaluate Technology Partner requirements to present an appropriate product and solution.
  • Broaden Global Relay’s Data Connectors Ecosystem to increase Data connectivity options.
  • Work with the Technology Partner to Identify regulatory implications of their Technology Platform. Identify competitive differentiators while cultivating use-case benefits analysis.

Your responsibilities: 

  • The Business Manager - Technology Partners will organize Technology integration discussions and serve a business matter expert for all Technology Partners.
  • Technology Partners is expected to engage with Integration Partners pre-sales and post-sales to ensure adoption of Global Relay services.
  • You will be responsible for building strong relationships with integrators, ensuring satisfaction of Global Relay products and services.
  • Business Manager - Technology Partners work directly with Business Development and Product Development teams and will be the primary point of contact for each integration.
  • The Business Manager - Technology Partners will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service to our mutual customers and report Technology Partners details to leadership.

About you: 

  • 3+ years of experience in technical and/or account management role.
  • Ability to educate Partners on implementation process. Liaise with Partners and internal teams to Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical solutions.
  • Professional business manners with the ability to interact with Business & Technical resources.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage time, workload and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Fluently convey technological solutions and business value.
  • Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiastic, strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Global Relay is headquartered in Canada.
