Role Description

GFiber Business Analysts are responsible for documenting and driving the use cases in collaboration with the business teams.. The projects are related to software developed by the systems and tools teams and overseeing the development of home routers for GFiber customers. GFiber systems leverage cloud based deployments environments. The suite of systems and tools includes applications (iOS and Android), customer web based portal, back-end systems built on Salesforce, Fiber Management systems, customer agent and ticketing tools, OSS, ERP and billing systems. The wide spectrum of systems and tools provides opportunity for technical growth to business analysts in a fast paced environment. This role will be focused on managing the systems deployed in the field currently based on the OSS and Cloud platforms.

In this role, you'll:

  • Work with business teams to define the user stories that capture business requirements 
  • Work with design teams to validate the use cases and support the technical implementations
  • Work closely with the stakeholders to prioritize the requirements
  • Demo the features and use cases to business stakeholders
  • Secure signoff from business stakeholders to finalize features and use cases
  • Take accountability for driving the journey of features from inception to sign off

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

  • Bachelors of Science degree or relevant work experience in OSS/BSS 
  • 7 years of business analytics experience
  • Experience interfacing and managing business stakeholders
  • Experience working with design teams to align implementation to support business teams

It's preferred if you have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in cloud based systems
  • Problem solving skills and a solution oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast paced startup environment

 

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $184,800 - $203,300 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
