We are looking for a Sr. Digital and Web Marketing Manager to lead Guild's corporate web presence and paid media programs. You'll own web management of Guild.com while running paid advertising programs across LinkedIn, Google, and other channels. This is a high-execution role for someone who thrives on building, testing, and optimizing, and who's equally at home in a CMS, an ad platform, or an analytics dashboard.

Key Responsibilities

Website Strategy & Execution

  • Own the corporate website management and prioritize web builds and projects across business units and stakeholders
  • Execute day-to-day website operations: publishing new content, building landing pages, and making front-end edits in Storyblok CMS
  • Research, evaluate, and deploy new web tools to improve site conversion, including chatbots, meeting bookers, and on-site personalization platforms
  • Define and execute Guild's SEO and AEO strategy, from technical site health to content optimization that positions Guild as a leader in traditional and AI-powered search
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships for web development, coordinating scoping, QA, and deployment of backend and infrastructure work

Paid Channel Execution

  • Manage paid digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Bing – executing directly in-platform and in close partnership with an external agency
  • Own campaign setup, trafficking, budget pacing, and ongoing optimization to drive pipeline and maximize ROI
  • Build and scale Guild’s digital ABM program in partnership with our media agency,  deploying personalized ads and on-site experiences for top priority accounts
  • Partner with creative and content teams to brief, test, and iterate on ad copy and visuals to meet performance goals

Conversion & Performance

  • Drive website conversion optimization across the buyer journey by conducting A/B tests in VWO, analyzing heatmapping data, and implementing improvements to increase demo requests and pipeline-generating initiatives
  • Collaborate with UX designers to translate conversion goals into site experience improvements, ensuring the site is visually cohesive and built to convert
  • Report on website and campaign performance using Salesforce and analytics tools, translating KPIs into actionable insights to refine strategy
  • Connect web and paid performance to pipeline outcomes, partnering with Marketing Ops to maintain consistent attribution across the buyer journey

Qualifications

Required

  • 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on work in web management and paid media
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns in LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads — either directly in-platform or through agency oversight
  • Comfortable making front-end edits in HTML/CSS, implementing scripts and pixels via tag manager, and working with a dev agency to QA and ship web changes
  • Experience with CMS platforms (ideally headless CMS) and web content management workflows
  • Solid analytical skills: able to build reports, interpret data, and make optimization decisions independently
  • Strong project management skills and high attention to detail; able to juggle multiple workstreams across stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience evaluating and deploying web conversion tools (e.g., Qualified, Drift, Optimizely, or similar)
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms and first-party data targeting strategies
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing attribution tools
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or Learning & Development is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
