THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Staff Product Manager for our Identity teams in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

Identity is the foundation every Wellhub product builds on: how subscribers, corporate clients, and partners authenticate and verify who they are, and what they're allowed to do across the ecosystem.

You will own the product vision and roadmap for Identity, including authentication, authorization, user and account management, single sign-on and multi-factor authentication with client and partner systems. You will work closely with Engineering, Infosec, Privacy, Design, Legal, and the product teams that depend on Identity. Your job is to make access secure, simple, and consistent across Wellhub, and to give other teams a platform they can build on with confidence.

 

YOUR IMPACT

• Every user who signs in, signs up, or manages an account is affected by what the Identity teams build. As Wellhub grows, so does the reach of your work.
• Your solutions shape critical touchpoints people have with Wellhub: login, account recovery, and account management.
• You will make it easier and safer for corporate clients to connect their employees through SSO and MFA, and for internal teams to adopt shared identity capabilities instead of building their own.
• Your decisions directly affect security posture, regulatory compliance, and trust in the platform.
• You will partner with technical leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver end to end, and you will help raise the product bar across the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Set and communicate the product vision and strategy for Identity, and explain its benefits clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Build and manage a high-quality roadmap that balances user experience, security, and platform scalability.
• Define product requirements in close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Security, Privacy, and Legal, proposing new solutions and continuously improving existing ones.
• Make trade-offs between friction and protection using data, not intuition.
• Partner with product teams across Wellhub to understand their identity needs, and prioritize platform capabilities that serve them.
• Work closely with data, experimentation, design, and engineering to deliver scalable, well-crafted products.
• Define OKRs, goals, and metrics, such as authentication success rate, account recovery completion, and SSO/MFA adoption, and track their progress.
• Manage the backlog and lead meetings with stakeholders, engineers, and designers.
• Develop hypotheses and run A/B experiments to validate them, improving user experience across identity journeys.

WHO YOU ARE

• You use AI tools to produce high-quality work faster and make better decisions.
• You have 5+ years of experience leading impactful product development, with a proven track record. Experience on platform or foundational products is a plus.
• You communicate effectively in English, in writing and in meetings, with colleagues and stakeholders across countries and cultures.
• You are adaptable and comfortable working with people across different timezones.
• You are data-driven: you use metrics and insights to iterate and deliver outcomes, and you are comfortable with numbers.
• You can work through technical complexity. You are comfortable discussing architecture and security trade-offs with engineers, and you can explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
• You break down complex problems into smaller independent sub-problems, navigate ambiguity, and make pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments.
• You influence without authority. You build trust with engineers and cross-functional partners, and you align teams that have competing priorities.
• You are well organized, handle multiple parallel initiatives, and keep stakeholders informed in a timely way.
