About the role:

Marketing Operations Management

Hashgraph is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize and manage Hedera’s full Martech stack and vendors and ensure efficient execution of marketing strategies across various channels.  The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of how to leverage AI for automation and operational efficiencies and will be the marketing team's “AI Center of Excellence’ and guide them on how to leverage AI tools (new and existing) to be more efficient. This role will be responsible for top-of-funnel channels such as SEO/PPC, paid social, and paid advertising, and ensuring all campaigns are tracked and measured with data analysis and performance tracking reports. 

Hashgraph is an Agency of Record to both the Hedera Foundation and Hedera Council. Therefore, this role requires strong customer-facing skills and an understanding of the decentralized crypto market (in particular, as it relates to managing multiple, separate entities). Familiarity with open source web3 community dynamics to maximize reach and engagement is also important.

Campaign Management

The Marketing Operations Manager position will be a part of the Corporate Marketing team and will oversee all brand-building initiatives and channels. This includes being engaged by team members in Developer Relations, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Events to help execute multi-channel campaigns leveraging paid social media, email, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and paid advertising. This role will also monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI, as well as track key metrics like website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and social media engagement.

You may find yourself doing all of the following:

  • Marketing team budget and vendor management
  • Education to the team on how to leverage AI for automation, content creation, and more 
  • Help optimize Hedera’s full Martech stack (including Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and SEO)
  • Spearhead and implement a project to clean up and segment data in the current HubSpot CRM and automate integration with marketing automation tool (explore the possibility of re-platforming to Salesforce) and set a new foundation for success going forward
  • Integrate testnet sign-up data by developers into HubSpot for nurturing
  • Manage email campaigns, including deployment using HubSpot
  • Develop marketing reports and dashboards for QBRs
  • Plan and execute email campaigns with marketing automation capabilities, including dynamic content, subscription types, active lists, and workflows
  • Drive improvements in campaign and email performance by standardizing plans for AB testing and optimization
  • Manage tags, maintain fields, and ensure data consistency across website CMS and campaign assets. Govern the usage of web, email, event, social media, and document metadata for optimal engagement scoring
  • Liaise with the marketing team and content owners to help project manage website updates and improvements, especially as it relates to forms.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure lists are clean and formatted for timely upload into the CRM database
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline marketing inbound and business development follow-up
  • Train team members on best practices as it relates to the martech stack

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Gather and analyze marketing data from various sources to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
  • Create detailed reports for stakeholders on campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI

Qualification Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing and operations/analytics roles
  • 4+ years of experience building and maintaining dashboards
  • 4+ years of hands-on admin experience in marketing automation using Pardot
  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
  • First-hand familiarity with how Salesforce and Pardot are leveraged by marketing and sales organizations
  • Proficient at leading team training on AI tools, best practices, and data discipline as it relates to input, output, and reporting
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools to measure marketing performance and extract actionable insights
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of paid media, email, and social media analytics and optimization
  • Exceptional time management, autonomy, organizational, and self-motivation abilities. Your work ethic is a source of pride. You know how to prioritize tasks and to deliver projects on time
