Job Description

As the HR Advisor you will provide proactive advice, guidance and coaching to influence and support the operations of the Auckland Distribution Centre. The position focuses on ensuring HR strategies, policies, procedures, and practices are in place that are aligned with company needs, add value, and create an engaged group of high performing employees. This position is responsible for the delivery and coordination of all ER matters on site.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, based in Penrose, Auckland and reporting to the Head of HR Operations.

You will...

  • Lead the effective implementation of HelloFresh Group HR strategies and procedures across the site.
  • Develop local Distribution Centre policies and roll them out effectively to the business.
  • Drive succession planning and performance management to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Coach supervisors and managers on leadership, NZ employment legislation, and policy application.
  • Take a lead role in investigations, disciplinary issues, and grievances confidentially and discretely.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, assess candidates, and manage interviews end-to-end.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives (What's Cooking survey), analyzing survey results and helping leaders develop action plans post-survey.
  • Ensure site compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) policies and local NZ employment relations standards.

You have...

  • A minimum of 3 years' HR & recruitment experience in a warehouse, FMCG, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of NZ employment relations and local labor legislation.
  • Relevant Human Resources degree or equivalent qualification.
  •  Knowledge  of workday and HRIS desirable,  proficiency in Google Workspace needed.
