As part of our interview process, Hello Fresh uses an AI-assisted notetaker within our recruiting system (Greenhouse) to record and transcribe interviews and to generate written summaries for the interview team.
What this means for you:
Your interview may be audio and video recorded.
AI will transcribe the interview and create a written summary to help interviewers with their notes.
The AI does not score, rate, rank, or decide anything about your candidacy. Our interviewers make all hiring decisions. The transcript and summary are used only to assist their review.
You may decline to be recorded. If you opt out, we will not use the AI notetaker for your interview, and your decision will not affect your candidacy.
To opt out, reply to this email or contact your recruiter before your interview. To ask a question, or to request deletion of your recording, transcript, or summary, contact your recruiter. We will delete those materials within 30 days of your request.
*HelloFresh uses an AI Notetaker. During your interview, the tool joins the video meeting, records and transcribes the audio, and generates a written summary. The tool uses automated speech recognition to convert speech to text, and a generative AI model to summarize that transcript.
