Job Description

As the Fulfillment Technology Analyst, you will drive the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of our strategic Warehouse Management System across distribution facilities, starting with our Warehouse Solution 2.0 roll-out at our Sydney Warehouse based in Eastern Creek. Sitting in the Fulfillment Technology team and collaborating closely with local operations and global technology teams, you will serve as a key bridge between technology solutions and daily warehouse operations.

This role is based in Eastern Creek, Sydney, and reports to the International Director WMS Support and Operations who is based in the UK.

You will…

  • Act as super user and level one support for the warehouse end-user community, supporting technical and functional issues in a live, fast-paced DC environment.
  • Drive SQL query writing and database updates to investigate, troubleshoot, and solve operational issues across the WMS and integrated upstream/downstream systems.
  • Execute technical User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate software configurations and upgrade releases to ensure continuous site operation.
  • Move away from manual, reactive fixes by building sustainable processes, documentation, SOPs, and self-service solutions.
  • Leverage modern AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to automate repetitive tasks, improve testing coverage, and optimize workflows.
  • Participate in a "follow-the-sun" global support model covering operations spanning Sydney to Europe and the US.
  • Manage user menu profiles, security setups, hardware devices (RF scanners, tablets, workstations), and local network service coordination.

You have/are…

  • 1+ years of experience supporting WMS in an RF-based distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment environment.
  • Practical SQL proficiency to query, update databases, and analyze system data independently.
  • A self-starter who operates with high independence across time zones and multi-threaded challenges.
  • Demonstrated technical and operational problem-solving capability in dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environments.
  • Strong communicator who actively collaborates with cross-functional operational, tech, and production planning teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., Europe or US) during onboarding and quarterly team syncs.

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia/New Zealand
