About the Role

Hello Heart is hiring a Head of Investor Relations to help shape and amplify our investment story, build relationships across the capital markets, and partner with leadership on fundraising and our path toward becoming a public company.

Reporting to the CFO, this person will bring an investor’s perspective into the business and translate our strategy, performance, and momentum into a compelling story for the market. Hello Heart is a leading digital AI health business with a strong track record of growth and a mission-driven platform that is transforming how people manage cardiovascular health. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is executing at a high level and use this role to supercharge how we communicate our momentum and opportunity externally. Near-term priorities include an anticipated Series E financing and building the investor relationships and capabilities to support a potential IPO over the next several years

Responsibilities

  • Shape our investment story. Partner with Finance and leaders across the business to refine our positioning, connect operating performance to long-term value, and develop consistent financial and operating metrics.
  • Build capital markets relationships. Develop relationships with existing and prospective private investors, institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and investment banks. Represent Hello Heart at investor and industry conferences and in investor meetings.
  • Help lead fundraising. Work closely with the CEO and CFO on investor targeting, presentations, diligence, and follow-up. Prepare leadership for investor discussions and challenging questions.
  • Develop Board and investor communications. Partner with Finance to prepare Board materials, investor decks, and regular updates that clearly explain performance, priorities, and progress against plan.
  • Bring the market perspective inside. Analyze peers, valuations, industry trends, and investor feedback. Share insights with leadership and employees to deepen understanding of how our execution translates into company value.
  • Build public-company readiness. Partner with Finance, Legal, and Communications to establish the processes, disclosure practices, and executive preparation needed for a future IPO and ongoing public-company investor relations.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in buy-side investing, portfolio management, equity research, investor relations, or a related capital markets role, with a strong understanding of how institutional investors evaluate companies.
  • Strong financial analysis and valuation skills, including the ability to assess growth, recurring revenue, unit economics, and the drivers of long-term value.
  • Ability to turn complex financial and business information into clear, persuasive presentations and conversations with investors, Board members, and employees.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex fundraising or capital markets transactions, including developing investor materials, managing diligence, and preparing senior executives for investor discussions.
  • Credibility with senior executives and investors, sound judgment with confidential information, and a collaborative approach to working across the business.
  • Willingness to be hands-on with analysis, presentations, and relationship development, including travel for meetings and conferences.
  • Technology or healthcare investment experience is valuable.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Comfort using approved AI tools to improve analysis and drafting, with careful review of accuracy and protection of confidential information.
