Ignite Digital has an exciting opportunity for a Process Analyst supporting a high‑visibility Navy client engagement in Charleston, SC. This role plays a critical part in helping the Navy recruit, onboard, and retain top talent by improving workflow efficiency and enabling data‑driven decision‑making. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong analytical skills, exceptional process‑mapping abilities, and relevant experience supporting government onboarding workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement solutions to optimize existing business processes in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
    • Analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend automation or manpower‑reduction strategies.
    • Design and deliver dashboards to reconcile KPIs and operational data, enabling actionable insights for command leadership.
    • Develop methods for collecting, analyzing, and managing data to improve data quality and workflow efficiency.
    • Assess tools and technologies for suitability according to stakeholder and client requirements.
    • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and team members.
    • Support Navy clients on enterprise reporting initiatives, objectives, and data‑driven planning.
    • Translate high‑level business requirements into detailed functional specifications, operational measures, and reporting solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
    • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited University/College
    • Three (3) years of government onboarding experience (e.g., CAC issuance, clearance processing, base access, personnel onboarding workflows).
    • High proficiency in process mapping and workflow design.
    • High proficiency in Data Visualization and Data Modeling.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Experience developing, implementing, supporting, and analyzing data models.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders from management to technical personnel, including translating business requirements into measurable outputs.
    • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and quickly reassess priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active DoD SECRET Clearance.
    • Knowledge of DoD/NAVWAR business practices, data management systems, and workflow processes.
    • Familiarity with system development life cycle, software project management methodologies, requirements gathering, design, testing techniques, and DevOps/DevSecOps environments.
    • Experience onboarding personnel supporting government contracts (e.g., CAC, clearance, base access).
    • Adaptability, willingness to learn emerging technologies, and ability to lead projects with minimal supervision.

Salary: $65k+ to align with education and experience
