Ignite Digital has an exciting opportunity for an Agile/SCRUM Project Analyst in the National Capital Region area. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is a motivated self-starter with superior listening, effective communication, and organizational skills to assist our customer in their fast-paced Program Management operations. The ideal candidate would be familiar with Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Mission Systems (PAE Mission Systems) and Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic’s scope of work and possess the ability to execute SAFe/Agile scrum master responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects and work rapidly in a high tempo environment that requires multi-tasking
  • Facilitate communication and information exchange between internal/external groups and the project team
  • Monitor progress, provide feedback, and sustain a culture of agility and learning
  • Drive collaborative meetings obtaining progress updates, addressing potential obstacles/challenges, and ensuring the project remains on track
  • Collect and analyze data to determine projects velocity and other critical metrics. Address shortfalls and monitor corrective actions to achieve desired outcome
  • Collaborate with other scrum masters to improve methodologies’ efficiency
  • Assist client management in maintaining side projects and ancillary efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business-Related or Engineering Curriculum
  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience with enterprise IT and project management
  • Preferred experience and/or familiarity with JIRA project tracking
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience with requirement or business analysis
  • Experience setting up sprints, running reports, and creating queries
  • Active Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Agile or SAFe certifications
  • Experience with projects using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Experience and understanding of SharePoint Online migration and refactoring tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SPFx)

Location: National Capital Region

Schedule: remote

Salary: 100k+ to align with experience and education
