Ignite Digital Services is seeking a Systems Integration Consultant for an exciting opportunity to support the Unmanned Naval Innovation Team at Naval Information Warfare Center - Atlantic. This opportunity features a growing team of motivated and technically-skilled contributors, the potential to travel to domestic and international locations, and experience integrating cutting-edge technology like unmanned systems, AI/ML, and data compilation. This role will bring significant job satisfaction to anyone interested in ensuring the seamless deployment, scaling, and management of applications in a cloud environment to support the Department of Navy’s fleet operations and exercises.

Responsibilities:
• Provide project management support to client to include managing project schedules and providing recommendations on policy, project briefs, and risk management.
• Provide systems engineering support for Navy unmanned, autonomous, command-and-control, and mission-system development efforts.
• Translate operational needs and stakeholder objectives into technical requirements, engineering tasks, and executable development activities.
• Support requirements decomposition, traceability, interface definition, verification, and validation across integrated hardware and software systems.
• Coordinate technical integration across systems engineering, software, data, cloud, communications, and platform teams.
• Identify and track technical risks, system dependencies, interface issues, and integration challenges throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support development and evaluation of system architectures, data flows, communications paths, and command-and-control interfaces.
• Plan and coordinate system integration activities, test events, demonstrations, and technical evaluations involving multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Analyze system performance, integration status, technical deficiencies, and test results to support engineering decisions and follow-on actions.
• Support transition of prototype and developmental capabilities into operationally relevant environments and future fleet implementation.
• Serve as a technical liaison among government, contractor, industry, engineering, and operational stakeholders to align system development with mission requirements.
• Assist with development of Integrate Master Schedule (IMS).
• Collaborate with data lead, cloud architects, and systems engineers to complete items on the Integrated Master Schedule.


Required Qualifications:
• Security Clearance: Able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• Proficient with Jira Suite of tools (Confluence and Atlassian) & Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint)
• Proficient with BitBucket, AWS Webservices concepts
• General familiarity with NAVWAR Enterprise
• Comfort around highly technical concepts and discussions
• Ability to multi-task and meet deliverable deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Top Secret/SCI Clearance adjudicated
• 5+ years of experience in project/program management, supporting system integration for USV/UAV/UUVs
• BA/BS in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Project Management or Business
• Knowledge of C4I systems and NAVWAR processes and procedures
• Understanding of COCOM Organization Structure, Numbered Fleets

Salary: 120k+ to align with education and experience
