Your Impact:

  • Serve as our in-house SEO expert.
  • Continually audit sites and performance to identify areas needing SEO improvements.

  • Prioritize SEO initiatives and execute on an SEO roadmap.

  • Write product stories, join grooming sessions, and provide guidance throughout implementation.

  • Build on the current SEO strategy and roadmap and own the execution.

  • Develop and monitor site analytics reports, perform tests, and track effect on KPIs.

  • Work closely with product management, developers, marketing, and content partners to drive traffic generating initiatives across the organization.

  • Manage and Partner with SEO Agency.

  • Help align SEO work between content, digital, web, and campaigns teams.

  • Translate SEO data into actionable insights for content, ads, and webpages.

  • Share SEO “thought leadership” algorithm updates and on-going best practices.

Your Toolkit:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.

  • 4+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization roles.

  • Metrics-driven and ability to create reports tracking and analyzing SEO performance.

  • Experience in SEO/Analytics tools such as: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, AHREFs, Screaming Frog, etc.

  • Great at keyword research and discovering new opportunities to drive traffic.

  • Understanding of how site architecture affects SEO.

  • Understanding of the components of Core Web Vitals, their effect on SEO, and how to improve them.

  • Experience creating detailed user stories and product specifications for development.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and action oriented.

  • Experience with A/B Testing tools & software.

  • Deep knowledge of CMS Systems: Webflow, Wordpress, Drupal, etc.

Pay Range:

$ 143,000 - $172,000 USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.

The arbitrator shall issue a written decision that contains the essential findings and conclusions on which the decision is based.
