The Position: As a member of ISN’s Products Team, the Senior Associate Business Analyst facilitates the software change requests to ISNetworld applications and technologies and acts as a liaison between the Business teams and the Products team. The Senior Associate Business Analyst represents the “voice of the customer”. The position exposes individuals to the complete Software Development Life Cycle.

Who should apply?

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role or similar
  • 1+ years’ experience in project management
  • Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
  • Excellent presentation skills with the demonstrated experience in presenting in person to large audiences
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the software change requests for updates to ISNetworld applications and environments:
    • Collect customer ideas and internal change requests for ISNetworld on the assigned products that align with ISN’s business strategy that allow for future advancement and expansion of usage
    • Plan for feature releases and communicate across the company
    • Assist Software Engineering team in understanding the need and request for change
    • Liaise with Products Owner to develop User Acceptance Criteria for User Stories
    • Liaise with Products Owner to identify and capture the return on investment (ROI) of projects
    • Monitor Azure DevOps to ensure that bugs and Product Backlog Items (PBI’s) are tested in a timely manner
    • Complete meeting notes for applicable stakeholder/project meetings
    • Complete testing of product updates based on assigned products/tools
    • Coordinates the release checklist for large product feature releases to customers
    • Create and maintain Salesforce Knowledge with product business rules and setup guides
  • Act as a product expert in Usability Group Meetings, Client Round Tables, and Functionality Review customer meetings
  • Present on new product/functionality offerings to both internal and external customers

Job Location: 3232 McKinney Ave Ste 1500, Dallas, TX 75204.

  • Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area and ISN will not cover the cost. 
  • Required to be in the office 3 days per week for team collaboration, ISN events, team events, performance reviews, etc.
  • Training: You will have a 7-week training and 1-week immersion post-training (total of 8-weeks in-person).
