About the Role

We’re looking for someone who can pair strong PM craft with AI-native fluency: someone who can think strategically, partner deeply with technical teams, synthesize complex inputs quickly, and continuously explore how AI can improve product workflows, team decision-making, customer experiences, and product outcomes.

What You’ll Do

AI Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own strategy and execution for a key AI-powered product area within Jama Connect
  • Define and evolve the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business priorities, revenue opportunities, and technical constraints
  • Translate ambiguous AI-related opportunities and customer problems into clear product direction and actionable work
  • Ensure AI-enabled capabilities are grounded in practical customer value, workflow impact, trust, adoption, and usability
  • Make and communicate tradeoff decisions across competing priorities with minimal guidance

Engineering & Design Partnership

  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to scope, iterate, and deliver high-impact AI-enabled product experiences
  • Work with technical teams to evaluate feasibility, product experience, implementation tradeoffs, and potential data dependencies
  • Help bridge customer needs, technical constraints, product strategy, and business priorities
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders and influence decisions without direct authority

Customer, GTM & Market Inputs

  • Engage directly with customers and prospects to inform product decisions and validate direction
  • Partner with Go-to-Market teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing, to identify deal blockers, expansion opportunities, and product needs
  • Convert customer, commercial, and market inputs into product initiatives that support adoption, expansion, and business growth
  • Continuously reprioritize based on changing inputs from leadership, customers, Engineering, and GTM teams

AI-Native Ways of Working

  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate product development, research, experimentation, prototyping, and decision-making
  • Continuously explore, test, and apply AI-enabled approaches to improve product discovery, research synthesis, experimentation, decision-making, and customer-facing product experiences
  • Use AI-native approaches to improve speed, clarity, and quality in product discovery and execution while keeping customer value, trust, and usability at the center

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong, relevant Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, technical platforms, or complex product environments
  • Experience building, shaping, or working on AI-enabled products, with familiarity in how AI capabilities influence product design, user experience, trust, and adoption
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled or AI-native product development workflows and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to define product direction and deliver outcomes with a high degree of autonomy
  • Strong prioritization skills under changing conditions and competing demands
  • Proven ability to operate with ambiguity and make decisions without complete information
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Product leadership, and Go-to-Market teams
  • Ability to translate customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and commercial inputs into product strategy and shipped outcomes
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially in remote, cross-functional environments
  • Ability to quickly synthesize complex inputs and translate ambiguity into clear product direction
  • Action-oriented approach to product ownership, with the ability to make progress through shifting priorities and incomplete information
  • Curious-minded approach to AI-enabled product development, with a passion for building practical, high-impact product experiences
  • Collaborative operating style with the ability to build alignment, surface tradeoffs, and influence decisions without direct authority

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
