The Account Management Team:

The JWPC Customer Success team is responsible for driving long-term customer growth by fostering meaningful relationships and ensuring positive outcomes for our customers. Each team member manages a portfolio of SaaS customers, focusing on revenue retention and expansion through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Success in this role requires deep product knowledge, effective contract negotiation skills, and seamless collaboration across teams.

The Opportunity: 

We are looking for an Account Manager based in the US to join our Media Accounts team. This role is essential to JWPC’s growth, managing a book of business that utilizes a wide range of media-focused technology. With a consultative approach and a product-driven mindset, you will develop a deep understanding of each customer’s technology needs and align them with the JWPC platform to drive measurable business results.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will:

• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers, ensuring they achieve success with JWPC’s platform.
• Oversee the full customer lifecycle from onboarding and implementation to renewals, upsells, and expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within media organizations.
• Support product adoption and engagement, helping customers maximize the value of our platform and services.
• Work cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Professional Services teams to advocate for customer needs and improve customer outcomes.
• Utilize internal tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and JIRA for tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements for the role:

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role.
• Proven ability to drive revenue retention and growth in a subscription-based business.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and eagerness to learn new technology.
• Experience meeting or exceeding retention goals.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
• A collaborative mindset with a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Bonus Points:

• Experience managing software customers in the media industry.
• Knowledge of online video platforms (OVPs) and/or advertising technology.
• Background in upselling, cross-selling, and retention forecasting.
• A strategic, solutions-oriented mindset.
