Job Summary

The Staff Product Manager, Kaseya Intelligence and Platform, is a senior individual contributor role responsible for shaping the long-term vision, strategy, and execution of foundational platform capabilities across Kaseya. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical architecture, and cross-functional influence, driving high-impact outcomes across multiple product lines. The position is critical to enabling Kaseya’s strategic transformation through unified data, API, and AI platform capabilities that unlock new revenue streams, strengthen competitive differentiation, and improve operational scale.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term product vision and strategy for foundational platform capabilities, including business and operational insights, AI agents, conversational assistants, unified customer data, and API models.
  • Lead product strategy for platform investments by evaluating build-versus-buy decisions across core components such as data lake/lakehouse infrastructure, streaming systems, ML platforms, and analytics engines.
  • Establish and drive data governance frameworks that support rapid innovation while ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and evolving global privacy requirements.
  • Own the AI/ML product strategy across the platform, prioritizing investments in areas such as predictive maintenance, threat detection, operational automation, and customer insights.
  • Partner closely with data science and engineering leadership to translate technical model capabilities into differentiated product features with clear customer value for MSPs and internal IT teams.
  • Serve as the primary platform product management liaison to multiple Kaseya product lines, aligning stakeholder needs, influencing adjacent roadmaps, and ensuring consistency in data, telemetry, and integration standards.
  • Mentor junior product managers, define best practices for platform product management, and represent the Intelligence platform in executive forums through clear narratives that connect platform investments to business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years working on identity, data platforms, AI/ML products, or developer/runtime platforms at scale.
  • 3+ years of experience defining and executing platform strategy in a complex, multi-product B2B environment, including cross-functional roadmap ownership across multiple teams or products.
  • 3+ years of experience productizing AI/ML capabilities that solve complex data challenges, including launching features such as autonomous agents, predictive insights, or intelligent categorization into production.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional alignment across 3+ stakeholder groups or business units without direct authority, including driving consensus on shared platform priorities, standards, or roadmaps.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working with modern data architectures, including at least three of the following: data lakehouse platforms, streaming technologies such as Kafka or Kinesis, feature stores, ML Ops, or API-first platform design.

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with modern data architectures, including data lakehouse patterns, streaming technologies such as Kafka or Kinesis, feature stores, ML Ops, and API-first platform design.
  • Experience with data privacy and compliance requirements, including GDPR and CCPA, embedded within product and engineering processes.
  • Familiarity with MSP business models, IT management workflows, or cybersecurity environments.
  • Experience partnering closely with data science, engineering, and executive leadership to bring platform capabilities to market at scale.
  • Demonstrated success mentoring junior product managers and helping define strong platform product management practices within an organization.
  • Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to write clear strategy documents, present to executive audiences, and lead structured decision-making processes.

The base salary range for this job is USD $180,000 – $200,000 / yr. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

At Kaseya, certain roles are eligible for benefits and additional rewards, including annual bonus and equity, allocated based on individual impact. Certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan.
