The position drives cross-functional outcomes that unlock new revenue opportunities, improve access control and personalization, and strengthen Kaseya’s competitive differentiation at scale.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term product vision and strategy for foundational platform capabilities, including identity, entitlement fulfilment, data integration, and standardization across Kaseya’s M&A portfolio
  • Own the product strategy for Kaseya’s unified identity layer, ensuring customer, account, and user identity are resolved, unified, and maintained as a single authoritative source of truth
  • Define and drive the entitlement fulfilment model for purchased products, tiers, and add-ons to support accurate provisioning, enforcement, access control, and monetization
  • Partner with billing, licensing, and commerce teams to connect customer purchases with product access across the Kaseya platform
  • Act as the primary platform PM liaison to product lines, aligning stakeholders, influencing adjacent roadmaps, and ensuring architectural consistency across teams
  • Establish data standards, APIs, and scalable role-based and attribute-based access models that support MSP tenant hierarchies and enterprise IT structures
  • Define the platform’s north star metric and end-to-end measurement framework, and lead quarterly business reviews that make progress, gaps, and business impact visible to senior leadership
  • Mentor junior PMs, elevate platform product management practices, and represent the platform in executive forums with clear narratives tied to business outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in identity, entitlement management, fulfilment engines, data platforms, developer platforms, or runtime platforms at scale
  • 5+ years of experience defining and driving platform strategy in complex, multi-product B2B environments
  • 5+ years of experience working with modern architectures and partnering across business and technical teams to deliver platform capabilities
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional alignment and influencing product, engineering, and business stakeholders without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in environments shaped by mergers and acquisitions, fragmented product portfolios, and technical debt
  • Familiarity with MSP business models, IT management workflows, or cybersecurity
  • Experience defining identity resolution, entitlement systems, access control models, or platform APIs across multiple products
  • Track record of connecting platform investments to measurable business outcomes such as revenue enablement, reduced leakage, or improved customer experience
  • Experience mentoring product managers and helping define best practices for platform product management within an organization
  • Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to write clear strategy documents, present to executive leadership, and lead structured decision-making

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
