Job Summary

The Staff Product Manager, Kaseya Intelligence, operates at the intersection of product strategy, technical architecture, and organizational influence. This is a senior-level individual contributor role: you set direction for the most complex, highest-stakes platform capabilities, enable new revenue streams, shape how the broader PM organization thinks about platform product management, and serve as a strategic thought partner to the leadership. You drive outcomes that span multiple product teams and directly influence Kaseya's competitive differentiation.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term product vision and strategy for foundational platform capabilities—like business and operational insights, AI agents, conversational assistants.
  • You also enable data integration and standardization across Kaseya's fragmented M&A portfolio, ML infrastructure, and a unified customer data and API model
  • Lead build vs. buy analysis for core platform components (data lake/lakehouse, streaming infrastructure, ML platform, analytics engine); make recommendations with clear rationale on cost, velocity, and strategic leverage
  • Establish data governance frameworks that enable rapid product innovation while ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and evolving global privacy requirements
  • Own the AI/ML product strategy across the platform: prioritize investments across predictive maintenance, threat detection, operational automation, and customer insights with a clear framework
  • Drive responsible AI requirements across the platform: bias and fairness standards, model explainability requirements, human-in-the-loop design patterns, and auditability
  • Partner with data science leadership to translate model capabilities into product features with clear value narratives for MSP and IT team customers
  • Act as the primary platform PM liaison to 4–6 Kaseya product lines; run a structured stakeholder engagement model that surfaces needs early, prioritizes across competing demands, and maintains architectural consistency
  • Influence roadmaps of adjacent product teams to ensure their data emission, telemetry, and integration patterns align with platform standards
  • Mentor and level up junior PMs on the Intelligence team; define what great platform product management looks like at Kaseya
  • Represent the Intelligence platform in executive forums; craft compelling narratives that connect platform investments to business outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years on identity, data platforms, AI/ML products, or developer/runtime platforms at scale
  • Proven track record of driving platform strategy in a complex, multi-product B2B environment—ideally one shaped by M&A and technical debt
  • Deep experience productizing AI/ML to solve complex data challenges, specifically in building autonomous agents, predictive insights, or intelligent categorization.
  • Familiarity with modern data architectures: data lakehouse patterns, streaming (Kafka/Kinesis), feature stores, ML ops, and API-first platform design
  • Demonstrated experience influencing without authority across a large organization; strong track record of aligning competing stakeholders on a shared platform vision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional communicator and strategic thinker; able to write crisp strategy docs, present to C-suite, and run structured decision-making processes
  • Familiarity with MSP business models, IT management workflows, or cybersecurity strongly preferred
  • Experience with data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) embedded in product and engineering processes

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
