Ecosystem Marketing Lead

Remote - US

This role owns how Lattice turns its partner and integration ecosystem into a GTM advantage. It goes beyond traditional HR partnerships: the goal is to build relationships and joint go-to-market motions with the broader AI and work-tech ecosystem, including future-of-work platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Slack, and other tools Lattice integrates with, so Lattice reaches managers and functional leaders, not just HR buyers.

What You Will Do

  • Own the partner-facing GTM strategy and packaging for Lattice’s ecosystem partnerships and integrations.
  • Partner closely with Product and Integrations teams on what Lattice builds, while owning how partner-enabled capabilities are positioned and brought to market.
  • Develop joint launches, campaigns, events, content, customer stories, and executive programs with strategic partners.
  • Translate partner-enabled capabilities into clear customer value, use cases, messaging, and differentiated positioning.
  • Build repeatable partner marketing motions across co-marketing, field activation, account opportunities, customer advocacy, and sales enablement.
  • Work with Sales and Field Marketing to activate partners through events, regional programs, account-based opportunities, and customer-facing moments.
  • Identify and prioritize partners that can create distribution, credibility, pipeline, and category leadership, in addition to integration value.
  • Expand Lattice’s reach into managers, functional leaders, and broader business stakeholders through strategic ecosystem programs.
  • Own partner-facing launch timing, marketplace distribution opportunities, and Lattice’s presence in relevant third-party marketplaces.
  • Represent Lattice at strategic partner events, virtually and in person, and lead event-based commercial activation alongside partners.
  • Educate partners on Lattice’s integration capabilities, limitations, and dependencies in collaboration with Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
  • Establish clear goals and measurement for partner marketing programs, using results to improve future investments and partner plans.

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, alliances, field marketing, or a related B2B SaaS go-to-market role.
  • Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market programs with technology partners, including campaigns, events, content, launches, and sales activation.
  • Ability to translate technical products, integrations, and platform capabilities into relevant customer stories and commercial programs.
  • Experience partnering effectively with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Field Marketing teams.
  • A track record of managing multiple cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships, setting priorities, and driving programs from concept through execution.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • A practical, metrics-oriented approach to evaluating program performance, partner value, and future investment.
  • Comfort representing Lattice with senior partner contacts and in external settings.
  • Experience in HR technology, AI, or adjacent work-tech ecosystems is a plus.

What success looks like

Success in this role will be measured through the following outcomes:

  • Partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline is measured consistently with Commercial Partnerships and shows meaningful contribution.
  • Strategic partners have clear joint GTM plans and a regular cadence of high-quality launches, campaigns, and field activations.
  • Lattice has a more visible, accurate presence in relevant partner marketplaces and third-party ecosystem channels.
  • Partner commercial teams understand Lattice’s capabilities and can effectively bring joint value to customers.
  • Lattice expands its reach with managers, functional leaders, and broader business stakeholders, measured through audience and engagement indicators.
  • Lattice’s position in the AI-native workplace ecosystem is strengthened through partner reach, visibility, and strategic opportunities.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $140,000 - $198,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
