We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Savannah office. You are passionate about customer service to our internal team; detail-oriented; efficient; devoted to quality output; able to work independently, as well as in a team environment. You possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines; and have excellent communication skills.

A Day in the Life:

  • Provides general office support with a variety of clerical and related tasks
  • Answers incoming calls on a multiple-line phone system and directs calls accordingly
  • Takes and retrieves messages for various team members
  • Provides callers with information, such as address, directors, fax numbers, website or other related information
  • Greets and directs visitors to the firm
  • Schedules meetings and conference rooms
  • May arrange appointments for various team members and updates appointment calendars
  • Assists with other related administrative duties such as composing and editing correspondence, copying, faxing, filing, and electronic filing
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.  Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs

Your Strengths as an Administrative Assistant:

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Extremely detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple phone lines
  • A positive attitude with daily interaction with various levels of employees in multi-city offices

What You Bring To The Table:

  • 3+ years of practical experience with administrative support in a large office setting
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree
