Marketing Associate, Content & Campaign Management

New York, New York, United States

About Us

MarketAxess is on a journey to digitally transform one of the world’s largest financial markets, enabling the shift from analog, phone-based trading to a fully electronic marketplace. Why does this matter? Because our platform makes trading fixed-income more accessible, ultimately improving transparency, efficiency, and competition in the marketplace. Changing the way an established industry transacts is no easy feat. There will be twists and turns, because no one’s ever done this before. But now, more than 2,000 clients around the world rely on our solutions, and that number is only expected to grow in the years ahead. We know where we’re going. How we get there is up to us. Join us and help Take Us There.

The Role

As a Content & Campaign Management Marketing Associate, you will help the Marketing team to create, plan, deliver, and optimize multi-channel content and campaigns across our priority products. You’ll help to coordinate and optimize our digital channels and client communications systems, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

You have a dual role in helping to both ideate and create compelling content & sales materials, as well as architect and manage the delivery mechanisms for them. You’ll be responsible for building repeatable, AI-enabled workflows for campaign creation, content creation, approvals, distribution, and measurement. This includes maintaining content and campaign calendars, supporting email/web/social distribution, partnering with Sales and Product on audience targeting, and keeping assets organized and easy to find and reuse.

Success in this role means faster, higher-quality campaign execution, clearer visibility into performance, and stronger narrative impact and brand consistency across channels. You’ll define success metrics with stakeholders, produce regular dashboards and readouts, and turn insights into improvements to content, journeys, and channel operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically minded, and comfortable working across tools, teams, and timelines.

How You'll Help Take Us There

  • Content creation: Working with the Head of Product Marketing, you will help to ensure that our sales & product teams have the necessary client-facing materials to support the launch and roll-out of priority products & services, and to ensure that these are easily accessible and well-maintained.
  • Campaign Orchestration: Coordinate end-to-end execution of product marketing campaigns (launches, enhancements, thought leadership) across email, web and social - managing timelines, dependencies, approvals and QA so work launches on time and to a high standard.
  • Content Operations: Own content workflows and calendars - briefs, versioning, reviews, publishing and re-use - across assets such as presentations, product sheets, web content, email copy and client communications. Ensure materials are channel-ready, on-brand and easy for stakeholders to access.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Define and maintain success metrics, tagging and reporting for multi-channel campaigns (e.g., engagement, adoption, lead quality and funnel impact). Produce regular performance readouts and recommendations for optimization.
  • Process & Tooling: Help architect more seamless, AI-enabled ways of working across our campaign and content systems (intake, automation, segmentation, distribution, reporting). Document processes, create playbooks, and continuously improve how we plan and run campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, events and agencies/vendors to keep campaigns moving—capturing requirements, managing handoffs, and maintaining a clear view of status, risks and next steps.

What We’re Looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, content marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or a related role (experience in financial services, fintech, SaaS, or similar industries preferred) - capital markets strongly preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Strong operational and project management skills; able to run calendars, workflows, approvals and cross-team dependencies
  • High attention to detail, including campaign QA (links, segmentation, tracking, rendering) and content governance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; proactive about improving how work gets done
  • Excellent written communication skills; able to adapt messaging into channel-ready content for different audiences
  • Collaborative self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills and a process/continuous-improvement mindset
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and communicate insights (dashboards, KPI tracking, basic attribution and testing)
  • Experience leveraging GenAI and automation tools to accelerate content production, campaign QA, and reporting—while maintaining quality and governance

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
